Meet the Owners
Our team is led by Licio, who has a passion for going above and beyond to do the right thing for his clients. He is originally from Venezuela and came to the United States to play college baseball. He first lived in Iowa, North Carolina, and later settled in Kansas City, which he now calls home.
Licio’s knowledge of roofing sets HT Roofing & Construction apart from other companies. He has been in the roofing business for over seven years and has experience with every type of roof. No job is too big or too small for Licio and his team, and we are constantly striving to make HT Roofing & Construction the best roofing company in the Midwest.
Yessenia is the brains behind the business. She is a first-generation American with a background in mortgages, coaching, and business consulting. Her experience in the solar industry has given her a unique perspective on the roofing and construction industry, which she brings to HT Roofing & Construction.
